Terms and Conditions of the Goddess Escort
The subject of the following general terms and conditions is on one hand the service of the agency Goddess Escort, hereinafter referred to as the Agency, as well as the general terms and conditions of the respective service providers, hereinafter referred to as the Lady. We may refer to the respective service recipients as clients.

Contract with the agency
The agency provides the lady with an online portal where she can list her services. Details about these services are regulated in the general terms and conditions of the respective lady or in their respective individual contractual agreement.
The design of sexual and other services is exclusively determined between the lady and the client at their own responsibility. The client does not enter into a contract with the agency.
2.
Pictorial and textual representation of the services of the lady by the agency
These descriptions are based on information and templates provided by the respective lady. The agency assumes no responsibility for the content of these details and templates.
3.
Payment, Money Receiving Authorization
The agency does not charge the customer any separate fee. The respective services are settled directly between the customer and the lady. As far as the agency is exceptionally authorized to receive the payment, it has a power of attorney for receipt of money.
4.
Court jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is, as far as permissible, Berlin.
II. General Terms and Conditions of the Lady
1.
Nature and scope of the services of the lady
The nature and scope of the contractual services owed by the lady to the client shall be determined by them at their own responsibility. Furthermore, the general terms and conditions apply.
2.
Booking – Conclusion of contract
A contract between the lady and the customer comes into effect only with the acceptance of the non-binding booking request from the customer by the lady.
3.
Fee
The respective fee refers exclusively to the time and company of the lady and not to any additional services beyond that. Any travel costs will be charged separately; these must be paid in advance. The agency has the authority to receive funds for this purpose. The same applies if a deposit is required by the lady.
Furthermore, the agreed payment to the lady is to be handed over in cash at the beginning of the meeting in an open envelope without request.
